The newly upgraded TikTok cross-border mall system supports multi-language operation, built-in customer service features, and can be smoothly embedded in TikTok applications. The system is developed in PHP, and both the merchant side and mobile side are built based on Vue technology.
The back-end is built using FastAdmin framework, while the customer service side is integrated into the merchant back-end through ThinkPHP. Each merchant will automatically get an exclusive customer service management interface after registering a mall account. When users click on the customer service links of different merchants, they will be redirected to the corresponding merchant's customer service workstation. In addition, the system supports the embedded TikTok function, which is the same experience as the genuine application, allowing the viewing of video streams, while being compatible with the genuine account login and fully interoperable data. The only difference is that TikTok is integrated into our self-built e-commerce platform.
